Shipping & payment

Everything you need to know about shipping costs, delivery times and payment methods at a glance.

Shipping costs

Within the EU we charge a flat €5.90 per order. From an order value of €49.00, shipping is free. All prices include statutory VAT.

Delivery time

Usually 2–5 working days after receipt of payment (for SEPA direct debit, after the amount has been credited). You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

Delivery area

We deliver to all countries of the European Union. Deliveries outside the EU and bulk quantities on request.

Payment methods

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA direct debit and PayPal. Payment is processed securely via Stripe – your payment details never reach us.

Bulk quantities

Individual delivery and payment terms apply to bulk quantities (e.g. Incoterms FOB, CIF, DAP). Simply send an enquiry from the product page.
