Ordering & payment
Do I need a customer account?
No. You can also order as a guest. With a customer account you can see your orders and enquiries at a glance at any time.
How can I pay?
By credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA direct debit or PayPal. Payment is processed securely via our payment provider Stripe.
Can I withdraw from my order?
Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The easiest way is online via “Withdraw from contract” in the footer.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Within the EU we charge €5.90 per order. From an order value of €49.00, shipping is free.
How fast will my order arrive?
Usually 2–5 working days after receipt of payment. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive the tracking number.
Which countries do you deliver to?
To all countries of the European Union. For deliveries outside the EU, please contact us.
Quality & origin
Where do your products come from?
Directly from estates and producers in Sri Lanka, Myanmar and India. Region of origin, crop year and batch are documented for every shipment.
How do you ensure quality?
Our suppliers provide proof of certifications such as EU Organic, HACCP, ISO 22000 or FSSC 22000. Every import into the EU is handled via the official TRACES NT system.
Where can I find allergen information?
On every product page under “Allergens”. If you have allergies, please also check the information on the label.
Bulk & business customers
Can I order larger quantities?
Yes. Every product page has “Request bulk”. Tell us the quantity, packaging and delivery location – we will prepare an individual offer.
Are there terms for business customers?
Yes. Restaurants, retailers and processors can apply for B2B access. Once approved, you will see net tiered prices, minimum quantities and delivery terms.

Producers and exporters register as suppliers, agents as partners. You will find the links in the footer under “For business partners”.
